Donald Trump pulled out of the presidential race earlier this month and confirmed what had looked like a publicity stunt from the beginning. In some more interesting news Ron Paul is officially running!!! This will be a momentous year for Ron Paul as he seems to have much more support and media attention this time around compared to 2008. I think that Ron Paul would be wonderful as president simply because he understands the fiat system and our faulty monetary policy. He advocates the use of a gold standard which would be very attractive if you are holding gold or silver. his libertarian ideals are ones which seem in line with reducing government impact on our economy and allowing business to flourish in a free market!
